Quartz Electric Immersion Heater With PP Guard For Plating Solutions And Pickling Tank
1. Quartz electric heaters are not suitable for heating acidic solutions containing hydrogen fluoride and silicate solutions. In such solutions, the surface of the quartz tube is easy to dissolve and perforate when used for a long time.
2. When the aluminum oxide is polished with strong acid and the liquid with solid deposits is heated, the solid deposits in the acid should be removed regularly to avoid adhesion to the surface of the quartz tube, producing low melting point compounds, and corroding and destroying the quartz tube.
3. Low surface power design (4W/CM²), low surface power (2.5W/CM²) design should be selected for heating in thick solution to ensure the service life of the product.

A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.

In our company,various packing methods are adopted according to different product features,such as carton boxes,wooden case etc.For electroplating plant equipment ,we can discuss it together and choose the most suitable one.
