PFA PTFE FEP Immersion Heat Exchanger Coils for Corrosive/Ultrapure Chemicals
Performance of fluoroplastic heat exchanger:
The heat exchanger is made of PFA, FEP, PVDF pipes, which is more excellent than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) heat exchanger, and has higher thermal stability, flexibility, crack resistance and Transparency. The applicable temperature range of the product is -180~260℃; the intermediate temperature resistance is excellent, and it can be bent into any shape, but the radius of curvature should be ≥150mm. Excellent electrical insulation, non-sticking, anti-aging, no matter in any strong corrosiveness Gas, liquid and long-term exposure to the harsh atmosphere, the aging resistance can be as long as more than 10 years.
The products are made of (PTFE, FEP, PFA,) materials. The product material is strictly designed according to the customer's requirements to meet the technical conditions of the process. The product is assembled by using tube bundles (ø3, ø5, ø4, ø4, ø5, ø6,... ø12) to penetrate through the flanges at both ends to form heat exchange The inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger are assembled and fixed with (PP, PVC, PTFE, PVDF frame), which can prevent the damage of the heat exchanger due to the collision of the workpiece.

Q: Do you manufacture your products in house?
A: Most of our products are manufactured in-house at our factory.Some accessory items are not.
Q: Can I get the riser on my L-shaped aquaculture heater longer/shorter?
A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.
PACKING & SHIPPING
In our company,various packing methods are adopted according to different product features,such as carton boxes,wooden case etc.For electroplating plant equipment ,we can discuss it together and choose the most suitable one.
As for shipment,different ways have their own advantage and disadvantage:
By sea: the cheapest,suitable for large amounts,but take more time
By Air: faster, more convenient, expensive
